As discussed in our kick-off meeting, you will select one of a total of eight topics for your self-directed learning on our virtual platform (you can find more details about each topic here).


To deepen your understanding of the topics and to share experiences and best practices with other leaders, please register for one (or more) of the following Essentials of Team Leadership workshops. You can choose between 2.5-hour virtual workshops or 4-hour in-person workshops in Offenburg or Munich:

  • Motivation & Performance: Goal Setting / High-Performing Teams

  • Communication: Feedback / Conflict & Relationships

  • Transformation: Leading Transformation / Communication in Transformation


Guidance on choosing Essentials:

Each workshop covers two of these topics. You do not need to have chosen both topic areas as your elective options in order to participate in a workshop.

If you decide to attend only one workshop, please choose the one that covers the topic that is currently most relevant to you and your business.
